The construction phase is scheduled to start May 8, 2023.
The construction phase has an estimated duration of 17 months and an estimated completion date of September 30, 2024.
During construction temporary detours can be expected. Construction will take place in each phase both in the roadway and sidewalk. Noise and dust can be expected. Vibration and noise could be caused by heavy equipment. Coordination with stakeholders will be done in advance of each phase. Maintenance of traffic devices (the familiar orange cones) along with custom signage will be placed to inform motorists and pedestrians of areas where construction is taking place and advise on alternate routes.
